BlueTicks offers four main subscription tiers, each with different features and capabilities:

Free Plan

$0 forever

  • Schedule 1 message at a time
  • Up to 2 boards, 10 tasks per board
  • Browser-only sending (must keep WhatsApp Web open)

Perfect for individual users who need basic scheduling capabilities.

Basic Plan

$7/user/month (billed annually)

  • Unlimited messages
  • Up to 2 boards, 10 tasks per board
  • Browser-only sending (must keep WhatsApp Web open)

Ideal for users who need unlimited message scheduling but don't need offline sending.

Standard Plan

$20/user/month (billed annually)

  • Works when you're offline
  • Unlimited messages
  • Unlimited tasks and boards

The most popular plan for businesses that need reliable messaging and complete task management.

Pro Plan

$28/user/month (billed annually)

  • White-label campaigns with no "Powered by" branding
  • Works when you're offline
  • Unlimited messages
  • Unlimited tasks and boards

Designed for agencies and businesses that want a branded, white-label experience.

Subscription Settings

Team Size

You can adjust your team size using the dropdown selector. Pricing scales based on the number of users you select.

Billing Period

Choose between:

  • Annual billing: Save money with an annual commitment (shown pricing)
  • Monthly billing: Pay month-to-month for more flexibility (at a higher rate)

Managing Your Subscription

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade your subscription:

  1. Select your desired plan
  2. Adjust team size if needed
  3. Choose your preferred billing period
  4. Review the details and click "Upgrade" or "Subscribe"
  5. Complete the payment process

Downgrading Your Plan

If you need to downgrade:

  1. Select the plan you want to downgrade to
  2. Click the "Downgrade" button
  3. Confirm your choice
  4. Your new plan will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Navigate to the Admin Billing section
  2. Look for cancellation options
  3. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation

Note that canceling will revert your account to the Free plan at the end of your billing period.
