Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade your subscription:
- Select your desired plan
- Adjust team size if needed
- Choose your preferred billing period
- Review the details and click “Upgrade” or “Subscribe”
- Complete the payment process
Downgrading Your Plan
If you need to downgrade:
- Select the plan you want to downgrade to
- Click the “Downgrade” button
- Confirm your choice
- Your new plan will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
Canceling Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Navigate to the Admin Billing section
- Look for cancellation options
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation
Important: When you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You’ll continue to have access to all your paid plan features during this time. After your billing period expires, your account will automatically return to the Free plan - no action is required on your part.
This means you can cancel at any time without losing immediate access to your paid features, and you’ll never be charged again after your current billing period ends.

Offline sending means Blueticks can send your scheduled messages even when you’re not actively browsing WhatsApp Web. This feature is available on Pro plan only.
