Admin Billing

The Admin Billing section provides team owners and administrators with tools to manage payment methods, view invoices, and adjust billing settings for BlueTicks subscriptions.

Accessing Admin Billing

  1. Navigate to Account Settings
  2. Select "Admin Billing" from the sidebar
  3. The billing dashboard will display your current plan, payment methods, and billing history

Billing Dashboard Overview

The Admin Billing dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your account's financial information and history:

Current Plan

At the top of the page, you'll see details about your current subscription:

  • Plan type (Free, Basic, Standard, Pro)
  • Billing cycle (Monthly or Annual)
  • Next billing date
  • Current charges
  • Team size allocation

Payment Methods

Manage the credit cards or other payment options associated with your account:

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Click "Add Payment Method"
  2. Enter your card details or select an alternative payment option
  3. Set as default if desired
  4. Save the new payment information

Managing Existing Payment Methods

  • Set a default payment method
  • Remove outdated cards
  • Update expiration dates or billing addresses

Billing History

Review past transactions and access invoices:

  • View a chronological list of all billing events
  • Download PDF invoices for accounting purposes
  • Filter by date range or transaction type

Company Information

Add or edit your organization's billing details:

  • Company name
  • Billing address
  • VAT/Tax ID (if applicable)
  • Billing email (for receiving invoices)

Tax Exemption

If your organization qualifies for tax exemption:

  1. Click "Add Tax Exemption"
  2. Upload your tax exemption certificate
  3. Fill in required details
  4. Submit for verification

Billing Notifications

Manage who receives billing alerts and when:

  • Add additional email recipients for billing notifications
  • Choose which notifications to receive (payment failures, upcoming renewals, etc.)
  • Opt in/out of receipt emails

Changing Billing Cycles

Switch between monthly and annual billing:

  1. Click "Change Billing Cycle" under your current plan
  2. Select your preferred option
  3. Review the prorated charges or credits
  4. Confirm the change

Managing Custom Plans

If you have a custom or enterprise plan:

  • View special terms and conditions
  • Contact your account representative for adjustments
  • Review any custom features or usage limits

Payment Issues

The system will alert you to any payment problems:

  • Failed payments will be highlighted at the top of the page
  • Retry options will be available for declined transactions
  • Update payment information directly from the alert
