Account Management Overview
BlueTicks provides a complete account management system where you can manage your personal information, subscription, team members, and AI usage. The account portal is accessible at app.blueticks.co/account (opens in a new tab).
Accessing Your Account
You can access your account page through the BlueTicks web app by:
- Clicking your profile icon at the bottom of the sidebar menu
- From the dropdown menu, click "My Account" as shown below (indicated by the red arrow)
- Alternatively, logging in directly at app.blueticks.co (opens in a new tab)
The account dropdown menu also gives you quick access to:
- Invite People - Add team members to your workspace
- Change To Dark Mode - Toggle the app's appearance
- Log Out - Sign out of your account
Account Navigation
Once logged in, the sidebar navigation provides access to all account management features:

- Message Planner - View and manage all scheduled messages
- Launch Campaign - Create and manage messaging campaigns
- Tasks - Manage your tasks board
- Agents - Configure AI Support Agents
- Knowledge Base - Manage AI knowledge sources

- Personal Information - Update your profile details
- Security - Manage your password
- Workspaces - Switch between different workspaces
- User Management - Manage team members
- API - Access API settings
- Admin Billing - Manage billing details
- Buy Subscription - View and change subscription plans
- Credits & Usage - Monitor AI credits usage
Logging Out
To log out of your BlueTicks account:
- Go to the bottom of the sidebar menu
- Click the "Logout" option with the exit icon
This will securely sign you out of your account.
