No. Like Green API and most SMB-focused WhatsApp tools, we're an unofficial protocol implementation — that's how we keep the entry price at $9/month. If you need the official Meta Cloud API, we'll point you at it honestly.
Campaigns send one message at a time, with a pause between each message, so volume stays at a human pace. The one thing WhatsApp prohibits is spam: mass messages to people who don't know you. Message people who opted in, and build up volume on a new number gradually.
Blueticks is operated by an EU company (Serenix Ltd, Cyprus) and data is hosted in the US, mainly on Google Cloud, encrypted in transit and protected by cloud-provider encryption at rest. A DPA is available on request. Scheduled messages and API data are stored on our servers. We never train AI models on your customer conversations.

60 messages/minute on Basic, 120 on Standard, 300 on Pro — per phone number. Campaign sends go out one at a time, with a pause between messages. Higher limits available on contract.
Yes. A 7-day Pro trial, no credit card required. Full API access during the trial — you can fully integrate and ship before you're billed.
AI agent replies are metered by model usage (a typical reply uses about 2-4 credits). Plans include 250 / 500 / 1,000 credits per month. Need more? One-time top-ups: 100 credits for $7.99, 200 for $14.99, 500 for $34.99, 1,000 for $64.99. Or bring your own LLM over MCP and pay only your own model costs.
