Blueticks Affiliate Program Terms

These terms cover participation in the Blueticks Affiliate Program operated by Serenix Ltd. (“Blueticks”, “we”, “us”). Questions about the program or a commission may be sent to support@blueticks.co. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have authority to enter this agreement for yourself or the business named in your application.

1. Application and approval

Submit accurate information about your business, website or content channel and intended promotion. Applications are reviewed manually. Apply first and begin affiliate promotion only after we confirm your approval and that tracking is ready. Submitting an application does not authorize promotion or guarantee approval or earnings. Keep your application and payment details current.

2. Eligible referrals and attribution

Use your assigned referral link when recommending Blueticks to new customers. Attribution uses the first eligible affiliate click and a 60-day tracking window for new signup. A later affiliate click does not replace an existing valid attribution. Attribution must be associated with the referred customer's correct billing account.

Self-referrals, fraudulent or duplicate accounts and referrals of existing paid customers are ineligible. Pre-existing free accounts, reseller purchases and multi-workspace cases require individual eligibility review. Contact us before promoting to customers in these categories. Do not represent an existing customer as a new referral by creating another workspace or email address.

Tracking may be affected by browser settings, blocked cookies or switching devices. Report a missing referral with the relevant link and dates to support@blueticks.co; do not submit customers' passwords, payment credentials or private message content. We review missing-referral reports against available referral and billing records and correct confirmed attribution errors. A report alone does not establish eligibility.

3. Commission

You earn 25% of eligible subscription payments from eligible attributed customers for 12 months. The period starts at the customer's first successful eligible subscription payment and ends immediately before its 12-month anniversary, based on the payment timestamp recorded by the billing system.

Eligible subscription payments are amounts actually collected for Basic, Standard or Pro subscriptions after discounts, excluding taxes, refunded or charged-back amounts, credits/top-ups, usage charges, non-subscription add-ons and custom enterprise arrangements. A free trial, zero-dollar invoice, failed payment or unpaid invoice earns no commission. Separately arranged services you provide to a customer do not earn a Blueticks commission.

An eligible annual subscription payment earns one commission on the collected eligible payment; it does not also earn twelve monthly commissions. Monthly renewals earn commission only when collected within the same eligibility period. An upgrade, downgrade or cancellation does not restart the period. An annual renewal or prorated subscription payment qualifies only to the extent it is an eligible payment collected within that original period. Payments collected at or after the 12-month anniversary do not qualify.

Example: an eligible $25 subscription payment earns $6.25. An eligible $240 annual payment earns $60 once. These examples assume no discount, refund or excluded amount and do not guarantee customer retention or earnings.

4. Refunds and payment corrections

Commission is recalculated when eligible subscription revenue is refunded or charged back. A full refund of the eligible subscription amount removes its commission. A partial refund reduces commission by 25% of the eligible subscription portion refunded. Refunding tax or an excluded add-on does not itself reverse commission on an unrelated retained subscription amount. The same refund must not be counted twice.

Pending dashboard amounts are subject to reconciliation against collected payments and documented corrections. If an ordinary customer refund occurs after commission has been paid, the related eligible commission will be offset against future commissions. We will not make a separate repayment demand for ordinary customer refunds during the pilot. Suspected fraud is reviewed individually. Customer refund rights remain governed by the applicable customer terms and law; this agreement does not change them.

5. Payouts

Commissions are reviewed monthly and become due on NET-30: 30 days after the end of the month in which they were earned, provided the eligible unpaid balance has reached US$25. Smaller balances carry forward until the threshold is met. For example, eligible March commissions become due April 30; March earnings of $20 plus April earnings of $10 meet the threshold for the April cycle, due May 30. This is not 30 days from each sale.

Pilot payouts are made manually through PayPal in US dollars. Blueticks pays its sending fees; you are responsible for receiving or currency-conversion fees charged by your payment provider. Provide accurate PayPal recipient details. We confirm payout details and any applicable invoice or tax-documentation requirements before activation. A dashboard payout record is not confirmation that money has been sent. Contact support@blueticks.co if a due payment or amount appears incorrect.

6. Responsible promotion

Paid advertising is prohibited, including paid search, paid social and promoted or boosted affiliate content. Do not use coupon harvesting, unauthorized discounts, spam, fake accounts, misleading guarantees, impersonation or manipulation of referral tracking. The program does not include a blanket customer discount. Use only offers and promotional materials authorized by Blueticks.

Explain the affiliate relationship clearly near your recommendation and referral link, in the language of the content. For example: “I earn a commission if you buy Blueticks through this link.” For video, disclose within the video and near the link in its description. Do not rely only on an obscure terms page or the words “affiliate link”. Follow the advertising and disclosure rules that apply to your audience and channel.

Describe the product accurately. Basic and Standard require the browser to remain online; do not present them as unattended 24/7 sending. Do not claim that Blueticks is an official Meta or WhatsApp product or guarantee business results. Being an affiliate does not authorize you to bind Blueticks to customer commitments or negotiate prices on its behalf.

7. Ending participation and changes

You may request to leave the program by contacting support@blueticks.co. New referrals stop qualifying when termination is notified. Valid referrals made before termination retain their original 12-month commission window. Corrections apply only to ineligible, fraudulent or refunded amounts. At final closeout, the remaining valid balance is paid even if below US$25. Changes to the program apply to new referrals and do not retroactively reduce valid accrued amounts. Fraudulent referrals and amounts that were never eligible do not become valid commissions merely because they appear in the dashboard.

8. Governing law and privacy

This agreement is governed by the laws of Cyprus. These terms govern the affiliate program; the separate customer terms govern use of Blueticks services.

Our Privacy Policy describes handling of personal information. We use FirstPromoter to administer applications, referral attribution and commissions. Program administration also involves the contact and payout details you provide.
